Originally founded by Stanley Elderfield in 1961, Monaflex Vehicle Systems MVS started out by designing and overseeing the installation of heavy mechanical plant equipment for the cement and steel industry. The need for more effective tyre repair solutions became obvious and so in the early 70s the company pioneered a design for utilising inflatable airbags to exert pressure during vulcanisation.
This new method was revolutionary and created a hugely flexible, portable system which executed flawless repairs.
From these early days, the Monaflex repair system range has expanded to manage the vulcanisation of repairs in all tyre sizes and exports its systems to locations all around the world. The same winning hot vulcanisation technology is also used in the new Monaflex Crawler Track Repair System.
We continue to invest significantly in research, development and our people to ensure that our products and services remain peerless.

UK- and US-based company Tire Monitor System Ltd (TMS®) will be showcasing their TPMS systems specifically designed for Earth Moving equipment. The TPMS kits available can include both internal and external sensors. The Internal Sensors are mounted onto the tire wall or onto the wheel rim, and the external sensors are screwed onto the valve. Both sensor types transmit tire pressure and temperature data periodically and when pressures change to the local Hub, which time stamps and stores this data.
TMS® specialises in TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) for industrial and Off-The-Road (OTR) vehicles, supplying industries including construction, mining, and agri-forestry. TMS® is completely independent, enabling customers to choose the best tires for their application and for each vehicle, offering them the flexibility to change tire suppliers as required. Customers can therefore make huge cost saving on tires.
At The Global OTR Conference, TMS® is keen to give demonstrations and show how flexible the system is, how easy is it to configure and all the benefits of the TPMS linked to the web-portal.
