MEET THE SPONSORS WHAT TO EXPECT

Originally founded by Stanley Elderfield in 1961, Monaflex Vehicle Systems MVS started out by designing and overseeing the installation of heavy mechanical plant equipment for the cement and steel industry. The need for more effective tyre repair solutions became obvious and so in the early 70s the company pioneered a design for utilising inflatable airbags to exert pressure during vulcanisation.

This new method was revolutionary and created a hugely flexible, portable system which executed flawless repairs.

From these early days, the Monaflex repair system range has expanded to manage the vulcanisation of repairs in all tyre sizes and exports its systems to locations all around the world. The same winning hot vulcanisation technology is also used in the new Monaflex Crawler Track Repair System.

We continue to invest significantly in research, development and our people to ensure that our products and services remain peerless.

The brand Erlau, today part of the RUD Group, is the world market leader for tyre protection chains. In addition, Erlau is the leading producer of open space equipment as well as barrier-free sanitary furnishing for modern bathroom design.

The brand Erlau emerged from the Erlau AG, founded 1828 in Aalen. The Swabian house of ideas develops and produces in Germany and markets its products worldwide. It is a subsidiary company of RUD Ketten Rieger & Dietz GmbH Co. KG, which was also founded in Aalen in 1875, making it part of the internationally successfully positioned RUD family business.

In 1953 with founder Tom Foord opening a single service station in Vernon, BC, Kal Tire has expanded steadily and now employs more than 6500 team members across Canada and internationally. Today, Kal Tire remains a family-owned enterprise and is a recognized, respected brand across many countries, known for its focus on service and having a values-based culture.

At the OTR Tyre Conference, KalTyre will be showcasing their outstanding ability to efficiently retread OTR tyres and highlight their offering of tyres ranging from 23” up to 63”.

UK- and US-based company Tire Monitor System Ltd (TMS®) will be showcasing their TPMS systems specifically designed for Earth Moving equipment. The TPMS kits available can include both internal and external sensors. The Internal Sensors are mounted onto the tire wall or onto the wheel rim, and the external sensors are screwed onto the valve. Both sensor types transmit tire pressure and temperature data periodically and when pressures change to the local Hub, which time stamps and stores this data.

TMS® specialises in TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) for industrial and Off-The-Road (OTR) vehicles, supplying industries including construction, mining, and agri-forestry. TMS® is completely independent, enabling customers to choose the best tires for their application and for each vehicle, offering them the flexibility to change tire suppliers as required. Customers can therefore make huge cost saving on tires.

At The Global OTR Conference, TMS® is keen to give demonstrations and show how flexible the system is, how easy is it to configure and all the benefits of the TPMS linked to the web-portal.

THE RISE OF INNOVATIVE SKID STEER LOADERS
As we navigate the construction landscape of 2025, the international market continues to grapple with challenges such as escalating cost pressures, labour shortages, and the complexities of fixed-bid projects. These factors significantly impact construction equipment manufacturers and owners. However, advancements in construction equipment, particularly smart skid steer loaders, are paving the way for innovative solutions to these challenges. Skid steer loaders, commonly referred to as "skid steers," are compact and versatile machines integral to various construction stages. Their differential steering capabilities provide exceptional manoeuvrability, allowing operators to interchange traditional bucket attachments with specialized tools like augers, cutters, plows, forks, and more. This adaptability enables end users to perform a wide range of tasks efficiently, especially in confined spaces.
