PRESENTS AT BAUMA: FOCUS ON VERSATILITY

Laupheim, 20.02.2025. From April 7 to 13, 2025, PowerBully is presenting tracked vehicle solutions for challenging terrain at BAUMA in Munich. As the world’s leading trade show for construction machinery, BAUMA is the ideal platform to showcase PowerBully’s capabilities and the wide range of applications to an international audience.

Performance, Safety, and Comfort for demanding applications

At the PowerBully booth FN 920/5, located in the outdoor area North, visitors can experience the tracked vehicles and their various applications firsthand. PowerBully is presenting the PowerBully 12D (payload 11.5 t) and PowerBully 9D (payload 7.5 t) tracked dumpers, as well as the chassis models that serve as off-road equipment carriers for a variety of attachments.

PowerBully takes people, materials, and equipment to job sites that conventional construction vehicles cannot reach. Combining a powerful 6.7-liter turbo diesel engine, high traction, and low ground pressure, PowerBully enters remote areas and rough terrain all year round without the need for building access roads. With a gradeability of 60% uphill and 40% sideways, PowerBully provides safety and stability when working on uneven terrain.

Large running wheels allow for optimal ground adaptation when driving over uneven terrain and over obstacles

Besides performance, operators particularly like the spacious PowerBully cab. Large windows, supported by a 360° camera system and electrically adjustable, heated mirrors, ensure an unobstructed view of the work area. At night or in poor weather conditions, the premium LED lighting illuminates the operating range of the vehicle.

All PowerBully models are ROPS and FOPS (Level I and II) certified. Another highlight is the operating comfort of the PowerBully tracked vehicles. The large running wheels allow the undercarriage to adapt to uneven terrain, which, combined with the cab suspension and rear drive, results in significantly lower noise levels inside the cab. The PowerBully cab is the widest of its kind, offering the operator ample space and an ergonomically adjustable interior.

Thanks to their fording depth of over 1.35 m, PowerBully works in flooded areas or nearby rivers and lakes

PowerBully Chassis Models as All-Terrain Equipment Carriers

This year, the PowerBully booth puts a special focus on the “Chassis” models. PowerBully offers three equipment carriers in payload classes ranging from 9 t to 16.6 t. The track carriers can be equipped with attachments such as cranes, drill rigs, hook lifts, or lime spreaders. A power take-off (PTO) provides engine power for the operation of attachments. Static structures, such as personnel transport cabs, cargo containers, or firefighting tanks can be also mounted on the PowerBully chassis.

The PowerBully chassis models are designed with the upfitter in mind, reducing time and costs for installation. The open C-profile steel frame is 864 mm wide, the same as comparable trucks. The frame features predrilled hole patterns, reducing the time required for the installation of the subframe. A 12V/24V power supply is available for attachments. The CAN bus interface allows precise coordination between the carrier and the attachment. Vehicle functions, such as engine speed, can be automatically adjusted when a signal is received from the attachment. Thus, fuel consumption can be optimized during operation.
