Astec Industries Unveils the NEW 36125T Superstacker.

A common problem with Radial Telescopic conveyors is road transport, especially in areas with restricted road access in relation to permits and special loads. The new 36125T Superstacker can be transported on a trailer similarly to any tracked mobile conveyor, crusher or screener. This unit can be transported at a width of 9’ 10” (3.0m) x height of 11’ 7” (3.5m) x length of 76’ 5” (23.3m) at 35.8t (32.5 Tonnes) so it is very easy to transport within many road networks. In addition, the self-powered tracked mobility allows rapid deployment from the trailer, and easy transport into final operating position.
The 36125T Superstacker offers a unique material handling solution for the Quarrying, Mining and Rail industries, which can also be utilised in Ports & Inland Terminals for Ship/ Barge Loading and Unloading. The 36125T Superstacker utilises the radial, telescopic and luffing features to allow the operator full control and flexibility when loading out or stockpiling a range of materials. The addition of the proven and patented Wizard Touch automatic stockpiling system eliminates segregation, degradation, contamination, and compaction of material. This is vital in maintaining the quality of your material during the stacking process. The radial telescopic feature allows for up to +30% larger stockpile capacity when compared to conventional fixed length stacking systems with the added benefit of increased site mobility.
Its robust design allows it to accept feed from secondary crushers, screeners and fixed conveyors, while stockpiling materials such as aggregates, coal, grains, sand, gravel and mineral ores at throughput rates of up to 880tph. The 36125T Superstacker is an ‘All Electric’ driven unit complete with an integrated diesel electric generator built into the chassis to power all functions of the unit, both tracking and operational functionality. The unit contains a changeover switch feature allowing the operator to plug local 3 x Phase Electric power if available on site, lowering their fuel consumption further and reducing their overall carbon footprint.
