NEW TXS 350 STARSCREEN

High Capacity Screening with Terex Ecotec’s

Terex® Ecotec, a global manufacturer of environmental equipment and solutions, is pleased to announce the expansion of their screening range, with the launch of the TXS 350 Starscreen.

This three fraction Starscreen offers high-capacity screening in a wide range of materials, including biomass, compost, green waste, topsoil, wood chips, and bark. Fitted with self cleaning stars and sectional speed control, combined with an intuitive control system, the TXS 350 will perform in even the most challenging of applications. Designed with maintenance in mind the cassette style screen deck design facilitate quick removal improving up time and increasing productivity. The machine can be powered either by the onboard genset of via an external power supply.

With a rapid set up time, the TXS 350 is ready to work in minutes with no tooling required. The user friendly control system, offers simple operation and diagnostics, allowing the operator to effortlessly configure the machine to suit even the most difficult applications.

The TXS 350 features a large 7m³ (9.2yd³) hopper with a fully adjustable metering wheel that optimises material flow onto the decks, improving separation. Hydraulic folding hopper extensions allow for increased capacity.

At the heart of the TXS 350 are the screen decks. The coarse deck measures 5m long x 1.25m wide, features 19 shafts each with 9 10 stars. The fines deck measures 6m long x 1.25m wide, features 44 shafts each with 38 stars. Both decks are arranged in sections allowing for independent speed control optimising screening efficiency. The self cleaning star option across both decks allows for un interrupted screening, increasing uptime. Due to the cassette style design both screen decks can be easily removed for maintenance or reconfiguration.

Processed material is discharged from the machine via the midsize product conveyor, offering a discharge height of 3.43m. The conveyor can also be lowered to ground level for inspection and maintenance.

Whether performing daily checks or carrying out maintenance, the TXS 350 offers unrivalled service access, via the onboard platforms.

Manoeuvred via heavy duty crawler tracks, the TXS 350 offers increased site mobility and can be powered either by the onboard genset or an external power supply. Designed with the operator in mind, the TXS 350 offers the perfect blend of performance, efficiency and serviceability.
